Promotion Exclusively at Sol Service Stations

The following terms and conditions govern participation in the

Double Draw System Promotion, exclusive toSol Service Stations

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms, including all eligibility criteria,entry requirements and prize conditions. It is the responsibility of each participant to review and understandthese terms prior to participation.

1.Promotional Period

The promotion begins on September 6 and ends on October 3 2026, unless the decision is made by TheBarbados Lottery and Sol Service Stations to extend the promotion beyond those dates.thrd

2.Promotion Details

Customers spend $10 or more on a single Double Draw ticket at a participating Sol Service Station during thepromotional period and recieve a coupon.

Fill out the coupon with valid contact details and place completed entries into dropboxes provided.

3.Qualifying Purchase

The minimum spend of $10 must be made on a single Double Draw ticket to qualify. Separate tickets cannotbe combined to meet the $10 minimum requirement.

Each qualifying entry will generate a promotional coupon. Customers may submit more than one entry duringthe promotional period, provided each entru os associated with a separate qualifying entry.

Participants are responsible for ensureing that all information requires is correct, complete and legible.Incomplete, illegible, altered or otherisde invalid coupons may be disqualified.

4.Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years and older to purchase lottery products and participate in this promotion.

Employees of Sol Service Stations and employees of The Barbados Lottery and their immediate familymembers who reside with them are NOT eligible to enter.

A valid government-issued photo identification is required to claim prizes.

5.Prize Draw & Prize Description

At the conclusion of the promotional period, three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligibleentries. Each winner will receive $1,000 in cash for a total promotional prize value of $3,000.

6.Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the information provided on their promotional coupon. Participants areresponsible for providing accurate and curetn contact information.

Winners may be required to verify their identity, age and eligibility before receiving their prize.

7.Unclaimed Prizes

If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the required claim period, thepromoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8.General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any participant whotampers with the entry process, provides false information or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms andConditions.

The promoter is not responsible for coupons that are lost, damaged, illegible, incorrectly completed or notdeposited in the designated promotional drop box before the end of the promotional period.

Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the individual whose information appears on theselected promotional coupon, subject to verification.

Employees of SOL, its participating service stations and affiliated entities, are not eligible to enter or win thispromotion.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and anyapplicable rules and regulations governing lottery promotions in Barbados.
